You picked an offer

1

Pick your batch

Decide whether you want the no-deposit batch or the welcome spins that follow a deposit. Check the minimum deposit and the excluded payment methods before you commit.

2

Where the code goes

Enter the code in the bonus section of your account within its activation days, before you deposit. Spins appear on the named slot only, so note the slot before you start.

3

Fund it correctly

Pay in at least the minimum with a method the offer accepts; Skrill and MiFinity do not count for the welcome spins. The spins are then credited to your account.

Fix guide

When the reels stay empty

An offer is claimed but the counter shows nothing, so work down this list from top to bottom.

Activate them yourself

Spins sit in your bonus section and need a manual start, so open it and press the activate button on the offer.

An excluded wallet

Skrill and MiFinity are excluded from the welcome offer, so a deposit from either wallet earns no spins and you need another method.

Access once you confirm

The 10 spins without deposit wait for a confirmed phone number and identity, so upload your documents and the code DICFRESH10 can go through.

Spins on the named slot

Each offer loads on one named slot, so the count stays hidden on Rise of Olympus or Legacy of Dead until you open that exact game.

One big stake, all gone

A bet above A$4 during wagering voids what the 10 spins won, so stay at or below that cap until the 41 times is done.

Less guesswork

Ask first, spin after

Certified Fair Play Licensed Operator 7-Minute Withdrawals

01What happens to my free spins winnings when I ask to withdraw?+

Your spin winnings sit in the bonus balance, not your cash balance. Clear the wagering on them and they turn into money you can request out. A cash-out request needs your identity documents confirmed first, which takes up to 65 hours.

02Where do I set deposit limits while I still have spins running?+

Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off and self-exclusion all work while you hold spins. Set them in your account before you start. If play stops feeling like fun, BetStop or Gambling Help Online can lock you out across operators.

03When can I cancel free spins I no longer want?+

Not keen? Ask live chat to remove the spins or the bonus part before you play them. Declining means the winnings go too, so only your own cash stays. Do it before the offer expires, not after the reels turn.

04When does a spin value change how much I win?+

The spin value is the stake each spin plays at, so a A$0.10 spin is worth ten cents of play on the named slot only. Any win it lands grows from that figure, which is why small values pay smaller amounts.

05Can I trust a Curaçao licence when I play from Australia?+

Dicey Casino N.V. holds licence OGL/2018/3998/811 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao. That regulator sits outside Australia, so local gambling law still applies to you, and disputes go through the Curaçao board.

Keep what you win

Dicey Casino turns spins into bonus credit

You have won on the reels and now wonder if that money is truly yours.

A cleared first payout

Before the first withdrawal, proof of identity, address and payment method must clear, and the review can take up to 65 hours, so send them early.

The A$4 ceiling

While the bonus is still locked, no single bet may pass A$4; go over it once and the whole balance can be taken back.

Won fast, cleared slowly

Winnings must be played through 41 times before any of it becomes withdrawable, which is a long run at the slot that produced them.

Locked until you finish

Spins credit the bonus balance, not your cash, so the money stays locked until the playthrough is finished and only then can you withdraw.
